Shipping policy

We offer Free shipping across mainland India for orders above ₹1000. However, in the case of certain items like calendars or limited edition prints and paintings, extra shipping may apply irrespective of the total order value and will be mentioned on the respective product page.

Products may be delivered to you in multiple shipments depending on the fragility and dimensions of the items in your order.

Once your order has been placed, it should be delivered to you within 15 days. We dispatch all orders within 5-7 days of receiving them. Once the shipment has been booked, an email will be sent out to your registered email with the tracking number. Shipments usually arrive within 4-5 days after dispatch. However, we do not take responsibility for delays caused by our shipping partners. If however, your order has not reached within a week of receiving the tracking number, please get in touch with us and we would be happy to check in with our shipping partners.

In the unlikely event that delivery has been unsuccessful and is returned to us by our shipping partners (due to a wrong address or contact information provided, or if the recipient could not be contacted, etc), we may generate a refund. However, certain charges are non refundable which includes 4% payment processing charges + GST, charged by the payment gateway and the website hosting platform, the cost of the shipment and its return to our facilities, and a convenience fee of INR 200. These charges will be subtracted from your Order value before a refund is processed. Please note, free shipping is only applicable for products that have been received by the buyer and not for products that have been returned. A refund will be processed within 30 days once the shipment reaches our facilities.
