Refund policy

Refund/Returns: As a policy we do not provide refunds or accept returns on any product sold. In the unlikely event that delivery has been unsuccessful and is returned to us by our shipping partners (due to a wrong address or contact information provided, or if the recipient could not be contacted, etc), we may generate a refund. However, certain charges are non refundable which includes 4% payment processing charges + GST, charged by the payment gateway and the website hosting platform, the cost of the shipment and its return to our facilities, and a convenience fee of INR 200. These charges will be subtracted from your Order value before a refund is processed. Please note, free shipping is only applicable for products that have been received by the buyer and not for products that have been returned. A refund will be processed within 30 days once the shipment reaches our facilities. Once Rihaa products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement. You can read our exchange policy below.

Exchange: We only allow exchange of products only if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit. All our products are handmade with utmost care and love. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain exchanges for size related issues.

To exchange: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

Rihaa reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing exchanges.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
