Refund, Returns,Exchange and Cancellations Policy
Refund/Returns: As a policy we do not provide refund or accept returns on any product sold. Once Rihaa products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement. You can read our exchange policy below.
Exchange: We only allow exchange of products only if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit. For apparel, we allow ONE exchange for size in the same style of product. In that situation, we will bear the cost of the return. Repeated requests for exchange will not be entertained
To exchange: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rihaa.org with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected product, Rihaa will take care of the shipping. Rihaa reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing exchanges.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
Please note, no exchanges will be entertained for products sold during Sales periods, even for apparel.
Cancellation: You can cancel your order any time before the order status is ‘shipped’. To cancel you can write to us at hello@rihaa.org with details of your order number.
