How long does shipping take and how do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, we dispatch all orders within 3-5 days. After the shipment has been booked, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Shipments usually arrive within 4-5 days after dispatch.

What payment options do you accept?

We offer prepaid payments through Netbanking, UPI and all prominent Credit and Debit Cards via PayU as well as CC Avenue. Our payment options are safe and secure for your benefit.

We also offer COD, at a surcharge amount.

Is COD Available?

Yes! We do offer COD in eligible areas for products upto 10,000 Rs. A COD charge will be levied on all COD orders. These orders will only be shipped after confirmation. Failure to accept a COD order will debar the customer from placing COD orders in the future

Can you customize products? 

We can customize length, lining and header options for curtains. Upon request, a special size for apparel may also be possible. For other products, customization is possible at bulk quantities.

Can I modify an order after it has been placed?

Sure! We would be happy to modify your order for you, before it has been dispatched. Please be sure to reach out to us within the first 18 hours, as we mostly ship next day. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to do any modifications.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages for orders?

We do! Please add a note at checkout for the same, and we’ll be happy to carry out your instructions.

What if the item I received is damaged or defective?

While we take utmost care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect state, errors do happen. Please send us a photo of the defective product as soon as possible, and we’ll replace it for you.

Please note, complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Are there any special care instructions for your products?

As our products are handmade, most carry special care instructions with them in the packaging itself. For the rest, please refer to the descriptions of the particular product.

Are there any discounts available?

We offer a first time 10% discount. To avail it, please subscribe via your email address and WhatsApp number to the pop-up that appears on opening the website. You will receive a unique code via email/ WhatsApp that will help you avail 10% off on your first order.

Do you have a physical store where I can see the products in person?

We take appointments for visits to our Studio in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. Find us by entering Rihaa into Google Maps
